When someone performs physical activities, walks under the sun, or sits in a warm room, everybody sweats. It’s absolutely normal to sweat. Beverages that contain caffeine and alcohol can also cause you to sweat more than usual. Try to maintain a healthy diet as much as possible. 4. Wear Breathable Fabrics


Some people wear skin-tight dresses that will make them sweat more. The fabric you wear can also affect how much you sweat as you go about your daily activities. Try to wear the dress with fabrics with better breathability such as cotton, silk, and wool that allow air to enter your clothes, and keep sweat away from building up. For workout clothes that absorbed the moisture quickly, synthetic or you can say that material is best as they may be able to keep the sweat off your skin from other fabrics.

Bacteria on your skin cannot grow and multiply as easily to cause body odor when you sweat less. Don’t forget to change your socks daily and wear breathable training shoes to prevent foot odor as well!

5. Do Your Laundry


Bacteria can easily gather and raise on used clothes, an unpleasant odor can stick to the cloths when they not washed properly on time. Make sure to wash your clothes regularly, so the unpleasant smell from odor-causing bacteria doesn’t stick.

In the end, the best way to avoid body odor is to maintain proper sanitization and hygiene.
